Of all the weddings I’ve coordinated, it seems the groomsmen always need the most direction (sorry, guys!). Here’s 6 tips to being the perfect groomsmen:
DON’T get the groom drunk the night before the wedding or the morning of. This isn’t good for anyone, trust me. While you’re at it, take it easy on the booze yourself.

DO offer to hand out programs and escort guests to their seats at the ceremony. We’re going to ask you to do this anyway.
DON’T tell stories about old girlfriends or trouble that you and the groom got into together during your speech.

DO offer to help transport decor and/or personal items to and from the venue.
DO get fitted for your suits in a timely fashion.

DO show up on time and help the groom get ready. Be ready for photos.
