There are no words to express how grateful we are to have had Carisa and the Pink Olive team help us plan and coordinate our COVID wedding! We were originally working with Carisa for our big wedding celebration and then when everything shut down, we switched to a more simple wedding with just our immediate family and we only had 2 months to get everything done! Carisa went above and beyond to make our day the happiest and most special day any bride could ask for! When I told her our mini wedding plan she filled in every gap, had so many ideas, and she was even able to find us a cake, flowers, and a photographer! She is not only so professional but is willing to go the extra mile for her clients and really listens to what they want their day to be and makes it happen. She made sure our entire day ran on time, which is hard to do with our Italian family, and she made sure we were happy above anything else. I tell her all the time that I cannot wait for us to start planning our anniversary party so she can help us plan that too! When we were planning our big wedding prior to COVID, Carisa was willing to call vendors for us, come to site visits, and really help us with every step from engaged to post wedding!
